Executive Chairman and CEO

Mr. Huang Bainian is the Executive Chairman and CEO of Bund Center Investment Ltd. ("BCI" or the "Company"). He was appointed as a director of BCI in September 2009, and his most recent re-election as a director was in 2021. As Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Huang Bainian is responsible for overseeing the Company's business, formulating strategies, and leading the overall management of the BCI Group. He is also primarily responsible for all aspects of the Group's hotels, office buildings, and the Jin Center, including the continuous evaluation, investment, and improvement of the aforementioned properties. He has been responsible for the Chinese real estate business in Shanghai and Ningbo since 1992.

Mr. Huang Bainian, 67 years old, graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Mr. Huang Bainian has extensive management and operational experience and has been involved in the management and operation of industries such as pulp and paper, financial services, food and agriculture, and real estate since 1979. From the mid-1980s to the early 1990s, Mr. Huang Bainian held various senior positions, including Head of Real Estate Development at PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, Indonesia Horizon Ltd.; President of several pulp and paper and agricultural enterprises, and was responsible for the expansion of the paper business. Mr. Huang Bainian was a director of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") and Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR") until he retired from the boards of SML and GAR in April 2012 and April 2018, respectively, to focus on his current position.
Currently, Mr. Huang Bainian serves as a director of several BCI subsidiaries.

Mr. Huang Bainian has been a director of the Shanghai Overseas Friendship Association and the Shanghai Overseas Exchange Association since 1998. He served as the Vice President of the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, he was awarded the Special Award of the 3rd Shanghai Charity Star; in 2007, he received the Top Ten Overseas Chinese Awards; in 2006, he received the Five-Star Diamond Award; in 2006, he received the Shanghai Magnolia Honorary Award; in 2004, he received the Shanghai Magnolia Memorial Award. He is an honorary citizen of Ningbo City.

Ms. Deli Huang, 40 years old, is currently the Deputy CEO and Executive Director of BCI, a real estate holding company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. She also serves as the Executive Director and Managing Director of its subsidiary, Shanghai Jin Bund Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. ("SGB"). Her most recent appointment as a director was in 2022.

Recently, Ms. Deli Huang led SGB's senior management team in the renovation of the office lobby. She is currently also responsible for the renovation of the office area and hotel facade landscape architecture of the Bund Center office building, and is carrying out some additional sustainability projects.

Prior to her work, Ms. Deli Huang graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received the Renaissance Scholar Award from the University of Southern California, majoring in International Relations and Communications, with a minor in Film and Television Production.

Ms. Deli Huang firmly believes in the importance of continuous learning. In 2023, she attended the Harvard Business School course "Good to Great" and the INSEAD real estate course. In 2022, she completed an entrepreneurship course at London Business School, and in 2021, she completed the Executive Education Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management, achieving a score of 100%.

In 2022, Ms. Deli Huang was accepted as a member of the Young President’s Organization, a global CEO leadership community that aims to help members become better leaders and better people. In 2023, she joined the organization's executive committee as Membership Engagement Officer.

In 2022, Ms. Deli Huang co-founded and became an advocate for Women Venture Asia, a non-profit organization that aims to create a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem for female entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders, with the common goal of addressing the gender gap in the field of entrepreneurship. She also volunteers at Daughters of Tomorrow, a non-profit organization that aims to help disadvantaged women and girls achieve economic independence.

Youfu Jiang

Mr. Youfu Jiang is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of BCI. He was appointed as a director in September 2009, and his most recent re-election as a director was in 2023. Mr. Jiang also serves as a director of several BCI subsidiaries.

Mr. Jiang, 64 years old, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Durham, UK, and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Accounting and Economics (BSSc Hons) from Queen's University Belfast (QUB), UK.

In 2006, Mr. Jiang joined the SML Group as its Chief Internal Auditor for its real estate business in mainland China. In 2007, he was re-appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group's real estate business in mainland China and Singapore.

Prior to joining the SML Group, Mr. Jiang served as the General Manager and Head of Real Estate Investment Department of Sichuan Weixin Investment Consulting (Singapore) Co., Ltd. from January 2005 to April 2006, a company providing real estate development consulting services.

From October 2002 to December 2004, Mr. Jiang served as the Interim President and Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai No. 1 Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Putuo District, Shanghai, a real estate development company. From October 1995 to October 2002, Mr. Jiang worked at Anastoria Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, which was engaged in residential and commercial real estate development projects. He served as the Finance Manager from October 1995 to July 1997, and as the Regional Manager (responsible for the Northern Regional Office) from August 1997 to October 2002.

Prior to 1995, Mr. Jiang had worked in manufacturing in areas such as financial and management accounting, corporate finance, treasury management, budgeting and costing, auditing, taxation, and corporate secretarial matters.
